    Still waiting...
I assume you're sending the final list to Andy and going forward that will be MO's setlist (in addition to the full album performance of TMMOG) when touring resumes in 2023?

for me the fractioned/multiplied parts are just too lame

Actually, their setlist for the Black Mile tour was pretty close to what y'all's top songs are.

Except for Apprehension. Y'all love that and they've never played it.

i agree strictly from a "this is the album we got" standpoint. the songwriting and andy's voice could make those songs into the band's best album, if they hired a real producer. unfortunately, not to beat a dead horse, but the production and mixing ruin some really great songs

Black Mile tour was the only album-cycle tour I didn't see them on, which was a real bummer. I did catch the METN 10-year show right before pandemic, but wish I would have gotten to see more Black Mile stuff performed live (only Gold and Silence were on METN tour).

  10. yeah I agree. a lot gets unnecessarily lost for want of a singular sound that doesn't suit all the songs equally

That set was almost a perfect set for me.

I remember thinking they were going all in with a full album run...

    Sept. 5th, 2017 - HOB Orlando
    The Maze
    The Gold
    The Moth
    Shake It Out
    Pensacola
    Pale Black Eye
    I've Got Friends
    I Can Barely Breathe
    The Alien
    The Sunshine
    The Grocery
    Simple Math

Is the idea to pick the worst tracklist?

    Motel. Money. Murder. Madness.

    Fine.

    Virgin:
    Colly Strings
    Wolves
    Where Have You Been?

But honestly, this record is the most tattooed on my brain. The wait for METN felt like an eternity, so I would just jam this from the time I got off the bus at school to the time I went to bed, practically. Could have included any three.

    METN:
    Pride
    Shake It Out
    Everything to Nothing

The most vivid memories for an album roll out. MySpace was obsessed with MO for a few months leading up.

    SM:
    Deer
    Mighty
    Apprehension

I think I could have done a few combos. Deer remains a top tier song for me. Just knowing all the emotions Andy put into it. Hits.

    Cope:
    Every Stone
    Cope
    Indentions

I love Cope. Piss off with your ~pRoDuCtIoN sUcKs~.

    BM:
    The Silence
    Lead
    Moth

I hate doing this, and my rankings probably aren’t even true.

I love See it Again and would have picked it over After the Scripture if I wasn't going off the "deluxe" version of the album.

Also, I still fucking love Brainstorm.

In the days of less than 20 real songs for them on my iPod, it got heavy heavy rotation.
