lol i love this band so much

 

same. i really love this band and I know MANY people on this site hate them but they just do it for me. but theyre also one of those bands i cant defend. like, if someone started shitting on ETID id defend the lyrics and their musical choices and all that. With TBS, i wouldnt because i totally get why someone doesnt like this band, or only likes TAYF or something like that.

Chase I agreed with you on AP and ill agree with you here. i definitely think they have some borderline bad songs, Miami and Money come to mind, but even those have something in them im like

 

Yeah both of those I'm sort of indifferent to but I never skip them. At their worst they're still catchy and listenable

I'm also a big fan of Adam's accent coming out in the last few albums

 

i think the only songs i dislike are "money" and "cut me up jenny" everything else is good!

 

anyway! can't get over how good this new song is

I'm back on the tbs train I left for a while.

They were really bad at taste of chaos. They were great at xfinity live two years ago it's hit or miss with them on their live show. I like something about every record though and feel that every one differs in sound. Time to add entire discography offline and binge for a while

 

This song is if like Tom Petty was good. Love it

 

Texting lyric is weird, but other than that, I like the song. Some cool stuff going on in the background of each part, which is a nice little touch I enjoy. Really like the final minute.

 

Lol I thought that at first but he's saying "im gonna get you if it takes me all night long"

 

Oh thank christ I was like "that line damn near takes me out of the song" b/c it was so jarring hahaha

Yea hopefully too many people don't make the same mistake bc it's damn good song haha and I could see that ruining it

 

I can't stand Tom Petty haha. He's a great songwriter but his voice is nails on a chalkboard to me

 

It takes a bunch of cool twists and turns. Right when I thought it was ending, it moved into that awesome final minute.

 

If the tidal wave is the worst song on here and the only Ramones cover I'll be able to live with it as a song on the record.

 

For me this is the exact song I want from TBS in 2016. I love it.
