    Fact that SCOTUS hasn't thrown out the texas lawsuit yet has me a bit worried. Feels like that means there is a least some ratfuckery afoot. If they all agree its bullshit wouldn't then want to toss it before the weekend?

    Yeah, the fact that 1/3 of the court was picked by Trump for this very purpose and 1/3 of the states and Congress are supporting this case has me thinking that there may be enough momentum for the case to be taken up. I'm still not pessimistic enough to think it'll go anywhere, but I would suspect that if the SCOTUS really saw this as being adls stupid and irrelevant as everyone seems to think it is, they would've shot it down before it got this far

    The Torment of Existence Supporter

    Jeeze things are really escalating in NH with covid now in a lot of people I know. Just a couple months ago I didn't know anyone with it. Now my coworker who is only a few years older than me has it with symptoms, and I have cousins, aunts and uncles with it on both sides of my family now. Glad I didn't go to Thanksgiving with my dad's side because the majority of them seem to have it now. Somehow my grandparents who were there seem totally fine which is good so far since my grandfather has a lung condition... Ugh. Feels like a matter of time for us here. It's getting really scary.
