That Giver record is one I’m still going back and forth about whether or not I should place higher on my list. It’s been a long time since I’ve enjoyed a straight up classic hardcore record like that one so much

 

I knew that was going to be on my list the first time I heard it.

 

It's the most wonderful tiiiiime of the year!

List season is the BEST.

I went on a weird multi-album spree today of loads of stuff I missed earlier in the year. That Alkaline Trio EP in particular was way better than I was expecting. Charli XCX, Alexandra Savior and Coriky were all very solid too.

I'm going to wait until the end of the year before I make up my mind on my own list. It's currently Caspian, Acceptance and Spanish Love Songs duking it out for pole position though.

Does anyone use Album of the Year to keep track of all the lists? I discovered it last year and I lost many hours to it.
