He would probably have to. And I don't like those odds, personally. Regardless of whether an individual state's laws do or do not allow the legislature to pick electors, the Supreme Court can do whatever it wants. If it gets to that point, I don't trust Thomas, Barrett, Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, and Alito to do the right thing. And I don't really trust Roberts to either given his involvement in Bush v. Gore.

No. a recount request has to be submitted by the candidate before certification happens afaik. Once the election is certified it’s donezo

I was working on the street team at the time. Part-time, just for the fun of it... Because that station held a very special place in my heart. Growing up it was always this hodge-podge of current alternative rock, punk rock and indie buzz bands, and the occasional hip-hop artist. It definitely played a role in forming my tastes. When I was working there, they had largely shifted from that. But it still felt awesome to be a part of it.

And the only good thing about the station shutting down was hearing Adam 12, Toucher, and Hardy play whatever the hell they wanted that last week. Particularly Adam, what-with the Cave In and all.

I was traveling for my real job at the time, so while everyone else was saying goodbye at a bar in Boston... I was crying alone in a hotel room in St. Louis. Haha.
