The most frustrating part is seeing my coworkers attack the science and local/state leaders that are making these shut down decisions. When you have your livelihood disrupted for the 2nd time in 6months it causes frustration and fear, I get that...but the federal government going radio silent and making local/state leaders the "bad guys" is just a brilliant plan by the fed to turn citizens against their local/state leaders.

 

Wealthy districts are much more able to follow the guidelines and provide appropriate protections, further extending inequity between them and poorer districts.

Also, the hybrid model that's been created is utter shit - not a lot of real learning is happening right now, even with districts that were able to open with a hybrid model (like mine). It's not true in-person learning, which is the data they're citing.

I wish he'd be primaried. There's also going to be a massive teacher shortage soon.

Yea, I keep seeing liberals saying in person learning is safe. It’s been safe because we only have 10% of students in the buildings.

I’m originally from Cincinnati and apparently i got out at just the right time Lol a third of Cincinnati’s city council (including 2 of the Woke Libs) have been arrested on corruption charges surrounding taking bribes from private developers in the past like 8 months.

Apparently it was a snail that she was complaining about eating which...if you don't want to eat it then don't, but just stay quiet about it instead of being a whiny baby. I feel bad for that poor chef.
