Not going to say we “won” the draft but it feels strange to say we had one of the better drafts. Seems like going in the right direction for once.

 

Also, slowly talking myself into Detroit giving Giles a shot and just having a random squad that wins about 18 games

So happy for Tyler Bey. Obviously, I have my personal bias since he's from Colorado, but I think he's a good pick for Dallas.

 

Mason Jones is exciting actually. Shocked he didn’t get drafted

Kinda bummed because I think Detroit is gonna move on from Wood. Weaver set the tone tonight for an actual reset (finally) and despite only being 25, I don’t think Wood fits the timeline he’s going for.
I’d love to be wrong though. I think Wood has a lot of potential to be a borderline star.

 

We tried to get him at the past trade deadline, apparently we are gonna throw the full MLE at him

his game is stuck in the early 2000s. like i said a few pages back, i think he could be decent and especially so in charlotte, but it makes sense why his stock plummeted

also duke was pretty ass from the part of the season we got last year

I think getting Ball ended those talks. Wouldn’t make too much sense now that we have 3 PGs. If anything, it wouldn’t surprise me if Rozier is moved for a shooter.
