these counties have a set elections budget. they're not going over it in overtime volunteer costs just beceause we want the results sooner. certification of the results won't occur until the end of this month/beginning of december and that's the only deadline they have to adhere to from an elections adminstration standpoint.

nah. trump is making ground slowly in AZ, but trending in the opposite direction elsewhere. even if we lose AZ, which is still unlikely, it won't be enough for him overall.

shows ~270k ballots left, but that is the old Maricopa totals. Subtract 70k and you have 200k ballots left. Has one of those other counties also already been counted?
