Coat in flour, then in egg...then dip in corn starch flour 50/50 mix that is seasoned with salt, pepper, chili powder and ground ginger...fry in 350 oil til chicken is 165 degrees

Sauce:

gochugang
Honey
Soy sauce
Mirin (or skip)
Ginger
Garlic
Brown sugar
Rice vinegar

Simmer on low just to warm up and thicken then toss finished fried chicken and devour
