    Philly vote is weird. There is still certainly enough votes left in Philly to flip this thing. Not worried about Biden losing.

    But in 2016, Hillary won 584k to 108k
    Right now, its 509k to 119k.

    Even once the mail in ballots are cast, despite out performing Hillary pretty much everywhere else, seems like at best Biden is gonna match her in Philly, maybe even under perform by a bit
