I'm not 100% following the reasoning for it because I haven't read the statute/code at issue but the bottom line is this suit is going nowhere

Number is high. They aren't using the right Ballots Remaining totals. They are getting everything from the VotePA dashboard, which isn't updated as soon as votes are counted, but using ballot totals with recently cast votes.

Take Beaver. The mail in vote there is in, it went 20085 to 8422 in favor of Biden. But SOS site still reports only 4972 ballots cast and 24688 ballots remaining. So I think Biden out performed their 70% estimate in Beaver, but if you try and give Biden another 9876, that ignore the fact that all those Beaver votes have already been counted in the results giving Trump the 115k lead

Do the same math with the actual remaining ballots and its more like an 85k Biden win.
