I mean what Dave is saying makes sense here, but the number of philly mail in votes is on their website. Seems like if it was accurate it should be fixed by now. Seems like Philly just didn't turn up for some reason?

 

Working from home since the owner of my kid's daycare worked every day last week with COVID, so, yeah, that's cool. The upside? I can start drinking with the morning coffee. I'm not usually a schnapps guy, but spilled some in my highlander grog this morning. Took a bit of the edge off; is increasing morning productivity.

Looks like ~20k votes added in Philly. Biden got 92% of them.

Thus are the numbers he needs from the mail in vote. But worried how low that drop was. They've been counting for a while now, how did they only count 20k ballots?

 

You have no way of knowing if that website is accurate. All the experts say PA is in a great spot

Mail-In and Absentee Ballots Status Update

They have 346006 returned ballots. No ideas if this already removes duplciates/spoilage.

They are also saying 252938 mail in ballots have been counted. Assuming no spoilage, that leaves another 78k hit to the differential, in addition to the 17219 he just got. Meaning he still needs to pick up 70k in the rest of the state.

Gonna be very tight. Very nervous about spoilage at this point.

 

I can tell you from years of experience of following Philadelphia elections that the website, while very helpful, is not updated in real time and isn't 100% accurate and up to date while the votes are still being counted. No large conclusions should be drawn from it, especially when Wasserman/Cohn/Silver/etc are all universally saying that PA is looking great for Biden

 

If those Georgia numbers are legit, that's...not great.
