I think a few things can be true at the same time...

    1. she’s pretty damn good at getting the different wings of the caucus together when it comes time to vote for shit. She’s shepherded through some really contentious bills.

    2. She was okay at combating with Trump sometimes, but overall the “resistance” from
Her and house leadership leaves a lot to be desired, to say the least.

She is probably a good “peace time” speaker where Dems control the trifecta and need to get legislation through, but in a split congress she has kind of lost the ability as she’s aged to counter McConnell’s communication effectively.

I'm probably a bad person for this, I give fake answers on pretty much any text poll I've ever gotten. Buy me a pizza or something if you want my time for feedback.

I think we need to accept that there are more economically liberal, socially conservative people out there, than maybe we thought.

and the only idea I have for that is...hammer the populist economic stuff, and don’t talk about the social issues as much while campaigning, but still do the socially left stuff when you have power, just more on the DL?

Holy shit, is Biden really going to win? I know even that wouldn't be a total victory with the whole senate situation going on but still... Someone give me some good news

Had a student come to me and wanted to talk election... I'm usually pretty coy for obvious reasons, but he unprompted said that he thought Bernie would've been better because 'he clearly cares about people'.

This is a 17 year old in rural MO who's going to go to welding school. Maybe a 20 on the ACT at best. :-/
