The Democrats can't convince americans to not vote for a nazi. That's on them.

 

It’s not all doom and gloom yet. Very curious how Republicans recoup after Trump, the party has to deal with nominating someone who has the same electability as Trump. Not sure if a boring R would rile the base up as much as now.

 

The biggest problem I see with Democrat presidential campaigns is that they're too rooted in reality. They don't play to the average voter's base, selfish instincts. You have to make wild promises that merely sound good to appease the masses, rather than outline any actual policy, if you want to win. It's been said before, but most people really don't follow politics closely. They basically see Trump as a guy who knows a lot about money and will help them get richer. That's enough for millions.
