i was just listening to this today; its always a good time

Listening to this now since I've been listening to the Caspian that features Kyle, made me think an instrumental version of this album could be really cool, especially Dry Spells.

 

I’m on my third listen of this album today. Put it on for a run this morning, switched to Oso Oso while making breakfast, and then came back to this twice in a row now.

 

I really hope we hear from them this year, and that it won’t be another 3 year wait

 

Fuck Blue is just...still so amazing.


Being a father now, and my wife being pregnant when I first heard it already gave me chills back then. Truly a captivating song on a great album.

I think the only song that brings me this combination of warmth, nostalgia, and emotion is Stay True.

wait for love is such a perfect album.

 

I still love the album, but not as much as I did in 2018. Still think it starts and ends very well, but I kinda lose a bit of interest in the middle. That's not to say that any of the songs from Dry Spells to Bloody Sweet aren't good because they all are, but I don't return to those songs often unless I'm listening to the full album.

Probably my third favorite from them at this point.

 

This album and specifically Blue came at such an important time to me. Having just lost my mom, the first time hearing this line sung is a moment I will never forget. Sitting in my car, late at night with the windows rolled down “ so haunt a little more” just broke me the f*** down.

 

That’s a beautiful tattoo. Wow.

i think if it's on pianos account it should be related to the band, I could be wrong tho.

 

I might try this again today and see if I like it more than I did at release. Currently going through their whole discog and this is the only album I don't love.

 

There's only one song on it I straight up don't like but all the others are close to perfect.

I don't want to say which one because I'll get dog-piled haha
