Friend just gave me his login for Crave (a streaming service here in Canada) that has Ready or Not, Doctor Sleep, The Invisible Man, and a bunch more recent horror on it, so my October just got a whole lot better.

    Terrible. Awful. Unnecessary movie

Edit: Janelle Monae is good but it's like making a drinking mug out of poop clay

I went in to Scare Me expecting a standard Anthology film, so unfortunately the movie just didn’t work for me. Aya Cash and Chris Redd are just the absolute best though!

I was just talking to a friend about it, he's literally about to start it.

Have you seen The Witching Season? It's based on the 4th short of that series. It's on Tubi if you want to check that out first. The short is pretty fun, I'd say it's worth a shot. At the very least there should be some good Halloween ambiance.

  14. So far I’ve gotten in Hush, Host, and both Babysitters. Wanna be going at a quicker rate but I’m also trying to finish a Fargo rewatch so I can get on with the new season, but my gf doesn’t have the same binging tolerance as I do lol.

Definitely gonna watch Scare Me this week though and would like to get in Ready Or Not and Drag Me To Hell this weekend

my partner has mentioned loving The Loved Ones for a while now, and we finally watched it. it seems like a hot take on the internet, but I hated it and can't really explain it. something just really took me out of the film.

I need a horror movie to watch tonight. I have Netflix, Prime, Hulu, HBO Max, etc. I was thinking one of the Flanagan movies I haven't seen on Netflix, either Before I Wake or Gerald's Game. But open to other suggestions.

Watched Ready or Not in theaters. I liked it, not as much as Happy Death Day though.

Just finished You're Next like 10 minutes ago. Really liked it, I think I would have loved it more if I had seen it a couple years ago. The concept is a little played for me at this point having just watched Hush and Ready or Not.

Want to watch The House of the Devil, is it pretty similar in tone to West's other stuff? Haven't heard much about it.
