These songs are SO good and I am so excited. "No Backpack" reminds me a lot of Bellows

This record is going to be so special. Feels so wild to say because Going By means so much to me, but these four tracks might actually be the best Told Slant songs yet.

 

Holding back on the new song , but yeah this one def feels special. Excited to jump in a couple weeks,

 

I cant wait to eventually hear how these songs translate live with a full band. So much of their material feels so different live but in the best way possible. Theres an urgency to their live sets that dont get captured on the albums.

 

That bridge/interlude in "Family Still" is going to be amazing live, I can just feel it.

 

I’ve never listened to this band, but Whirlpool is GOOD.

This band is one of the few I was blown away by love having known nothing about them. Picked up Going By in vinyl that night.
