Really hope the PSG v Bayern game is interesting for more than 30 minutes. Didn't get to watch the game that close yesterday but wow at those misses from Lyon.

 

Man, these rumours we have tied up Gabriel Magalhaes, have agreed terms with Partey, and have bid for Aouar is mad.

If we actually signed them, our team would improve dramatically overnight.

 

Also I found this actually really cool from Dani, and hopefully indicates he's coming back. The crucial bit for me is cut off by the tweet but if you click on it, the wink face and "see you soon" says he is going to come back, or plans to at least.

 

Seems either Gabriel’s agent or Lille are putting out stories about us and PSG being interested in him.

 

Fun story: Gabriel passed a medical at Everton's Finch Farm before the lockdown. Apparently we tried to renegotiate the fee after lockdown and now the rest is history. I hope he ends up at PSG solely due to my own selfish belief that he'd be good for Arsenal or United.

Aurier looks to be off to AC Milan.

So we are definitely signing at least one RB. Semi nervous who it is. Celik, Castagne, Aarons, Semedo are the most commonly linked names, but I think Hysaj will be the guy. No clue if that’s actually an upgrade.

And it looks like we might be priced out for Callum Wilson. They want 30m which isn’t likely to happen. We’ve been previously linked to Ollie Watkins. I think he’d be a perfect signing for what we’re looking for in a striker right now.

The other position we look to be buying is CB. No clue who it’ll be, but Malang Sarr gets my vote. He’s a free agent. He can play CB and LB. He is still young. Would be good business imo.

MLS seems to be leaving it to the teams to decide whether fans can return on a limited basis. Orlando City has a match on Wednesday and fans will be allowed to attend at reduced capacity. No where near a smart decision. Schools have opened up here as well and there have been enough cases in schools and elsewhere for this all to be a horrible idea.
