friend of mine was able to snag double oaked A Deal with the Devil on Tavour and I had that on Saturday. absolutely unbelievable. the complexity and smoothness interwoven in that 17% was unreal.

also had DDH Alien Church last night, and I wish Tired Hands made beers like that all the time. I love their experimental phases and you could argue that they wouldn't be who they are now if they didn't experiment. but it's remarkable to see them just dial it in with some beers and knock it out of the park.

overall, good weekend for beer.
