Not what I expected the song to be. Love the last 30 seconds or so. Does it sound like there’s some type of harmony in the background (like an ‘oh’) that could be Matt?

 

I'm so happy they wrote a song like this.

Whoever said this reminded them of the offspring nailed it. This could easily be on smash or Americana.

 

It definitely does sound like Matt at the end doing the "Oooooh" background harmonies, so either he recorded those for this song specifically, or they pulled from something else. Either way though, the song's a jaaaam.

 

Does seem like he's out of the loop at the very least. No social media posts even acknowledging the song (despite all of his usual weird cryptic posts), but he's at least tagged in the post by the official blink account on Instagram.

I wouldn't doubt if they were just moving along without him for the time being and will work him in whenever they go to record everything for real, rehearse for tour, etc.

I've listened to the song once and I can't get it out of my head. Catchy as hell, political, and solid all around. I like this Blink.

 

Second and third verses are straight out of an antiflag song. Brutal and I love it.

lol was just gonna' post this, I was a bit confused and thought I misheard the line in the preview but then remembered his absolute distaste for magic

 

I laughed at that part of the preview thinking of that quote, haha
