Mirrorball, Betty, My Tears Riccochet, Invisible String and Exile are my favourites after a couple listens. This is beautiful

 

album is great. it’s a bit long but there isn’t much i’d cut. honestly maybe top 10 of the year potential.

 

I wonder if @zmtr likes Justin Vernon.

 

Agreed on all counts. I'm happy it didn't feel quite as long as her last two have. I think their length was detrimental to enjoying those albums much for me.

 

This is definitely long, but at least every track is good. The lows are nowhere near the lows of Lover, which was also long.

Ah, “Mirrorball” is lovely. I’m such a sucker for circus imagery in a song.

 

After listening through twice I am having a hard time choosing favorites. Such a solid album all the way through. Really love 'the 1'.

 

Wouldn't call myself a Taylor fan. Don't think I've listened to a full album since 1989.

But this is great.

trying to stay up too late after a double to listen to the album made everything last night seen like some kind of overexcited fever dream, but these songs really are this good. i'm gonna do another listen in a more ideal environment in a little bit. this album is a BEAST.

 

I never thought I'd be loving a Taylor Swift album beginning to end but here we are!

As someone who only ever heard the first album, and some singles is there anything else I should dive into cause this is one of my favorites this year

Took me a minute to realize "Mouth fuck you forever" was actually "Mouth 'fuck you' forever".

 

"the 1" is a great opener. has a nice but chill little groove to it that feels really inviting.

 

it took me a minute to realize that too on first listen haha. i was making some tea and then all of a sudden was like "wait what did she just say?!"

the video for "cardigan" is so cool. the waterfall piano is amazing.
