I mean at this point i'm of the mind that unless you're in a safely safely safely guaranteed Biden-winning state, if you have the ability to get a mail/absentee ballot and take .5 seconds to check Biden's name you might as well. i wanted to undervote the presidential race this year because fuck biden but as things go on and on it literally is the easiest thing for me to do i have no excuse not to just check the box and move on. others may not have the same ease or opinion which is fine, but I've come around on it for me personally

i think that number is fairly accurate if they're strictly talking about formal complaints. There may be people who complain about the officer by speaking at a meeting, writing their mayor/councilmember, etc, but few actually submit the formal complaint
