Found this pack at my local shop and had to indulge

 

Bomb! is reliably excellent. Haven’t had the deconstructed versions!

 

me either! A brewery over here had a deconstructed night where they would pour you a glass of each of the 4, plus an empty glass, and everyone got to essentially mix their own combination of each flavor. I was sadly busy that weekend, but it sounded SO fun. So when I saw this 4 pack today I just said fuck it and went for it. Gonna start with Bomb again to remember on the palate, then go one by one over a week or so and see how they are

 

That's a dope pack. Roger Wilco in Jersey randomly had the Christmas Bomb pack with glasses around the holidays. I wonder if they have that one

 

I saw Pirate Bomb today for the first time also, sounds like it's Bomb aged in rum barrels. Sounds great to me, I love me some rum.

 

More and more variants are making their way out here. Haven't had Pirate yet, but Christmas was solid and Birthday rules. Tavour also slides some rare Prairie stouts into their releases. I've gotten Stuft, Weekend and have Corner Piece coming in my next shipment.

 

I've had 9 beers from Prairie and ranked 8 of them 4 or above on untappd, I think that makes me a big fan

 

So this is pretty amazing. It's honestly like beer and sherbet mashed together, very impressive beer

 

Also, we got some of their seltzers and they are hands down the best hard seltzers I've had. Huge flavor, doesn't have that tin water taste, but still is the same ABV and calories. Highly recommended as far as seltzers go.

 

Wait does that say Florida Seltzer....Steve that’s gross. I refuse to drink water from Florida

Went up to Allagash for curbside today and figured I’d stop by Maine Beer Co. before heading home. Got a 4-pack of Saison Violette and a bottle of Little Sal from Allagash and a bottle each of Lunch and Dinner from Maine. The Dinner was bottled yesterday, can’t wait to crack it open a bit later.

 

How is it? I’m intrigued.

 

It’s really good, the blueberry is very subtle despite the color. Wish the blueberry was a little more prominent but it’s still damn good.

 

I always forget how good Lunch is

 

Half Acre’s IPAs are so good it isn’t fair.
