Someone on Facebook also posted a very popular shared post about how cursive should be taught in schools. What is it with old boomers thinking cursive should be a thing again? Oh that’ll come in handy when 95% of a student’s work will be done on a phone, computer, or tablet when they hit college.

 

Maybe you could try adding additional yeast with the starter? Maybe it just needs a boost

Maybe. My sister recommends I try another sourdough recipe. I'm relying on a book that she says isn't really known to be beginner friendly. So while I pulled off the white bread last week, the sourdough recipe I tried is a little more advanced. So gonna give that a go.

Just make spaghetti, and then the biscuits are a side dish thing. Just something my dad has done my entire life and I wanted to make those biscuits he made and so in my head spaghetti goes along with it.

 

Figured it had to be a nostalgic favorite. Never had that combo myself but I love both. I haven’t made biscuits from scratch in forever though.

 

Yeah. We'd do spaghetti every Sunday night and if we didn't have some french bread or whatever from the grocery bakery, we'd make biscuits.

His recipe is super easy and I was gonna ask, but it's literally just the recipe on the back of this baking powder tin lol.
