I don't know, it's worded in a way that makes it sound like she wants to retire (or just leave WWE?). The "Many want her to continue wrestling" line makes it sound like that

WWE is supposedly very upset over Taz's "sloppy shop" comment. With all the covering up they are doing and the fact that they didn't take this thing seriously until it blew up in their faces, they are lucky that's the worst criticism they have faced. Compared other organizations their approach is laughable at best.

 

Watching AEW for the first time since the crowds were gone. Man this first match is so fun and Jericho is hilarious on commentary.

 

AEW does the no crowd shows so much better than wwe imho.

 

I don’t watch WWE so I don’t really know. Not a huge fan of either, but that opening match was super fun. Maybe I should go back and watch the older episodes.

 

Man, gimme Thatcher vs Oney every damn week. Just let them beat the crap out of each other forever.

Io/Sasha was great too. Could have maybe gone another 5 minutes, but still very good. And how fucking good is Sasha when she’s not hampered by a main roster match layout. Obviously Io is phenomenal too, but I miss that Sasha. I’m assuming her matches on the main roster haven’t been that good for a while?

 

There just isn’t anyone good on the main roster to wrestle save for Asuka Bianca (who has disappeared) and Bayley

 

Can someone who has been watching AEW tell me what’s the story with Matt Hardy? I know he was with The Elite at Double or Nothing. Now he’s seconding Private Party?

 

yeah basically they had a triple threat match on AEW a few weeks ago and Isiah got "hurt" and Hardy helped him to the back and told them he respected their work etc etc and now he is with them.

 

also still can't get over the fact that NXT's big counter programming match got leaked

Hunter is gonna make all the talent in the crowd put their phones in one of those pouches like they are at a Jack White concert.

 

although the conspiracy theorist in me thinks that maybe WWE did this on purpose a la Monday Night Wars and Foley winning the title
