I think Brand New will release their new album on September 22, to commemorate their masterpiece and finest work, Daisy.

 

which leaked on my birthday, August 30th.

 

Was a beautiful day, but I seem to recall it leaking on September 9th. In fact, I have it marked in iCal.

Did I miss out on a week and a half of the album being out there!?

 

Should we run a pool as to when we think the album is gonna come out? $5 buy in?

 

September 23rd is my guess. I ain't putting money on it though.

 

That's a great record. But have you listened to their self-titled or their latest, Happiness Is?

 

Another reason I cannot bloody wait for Brand New to announce this album is that I can finally unfollow Alternative Press on facebook. That's the only reason I've ever followed it, and for years my news feed has been filled with crap about bands I loathe or couldn't care less for. Come on Brand New - free me here!

 

The reason I keep an avid eye out for it on P!MT and their social media is to avoid following Alt. Press and other terrible music news websites.

i don't see why you'd need to follow anything other than this thread at the rate it moves when the slightest bit of information comes out :p

 

Hahaaa because if I didn't have bad luck, I'd have none at all. I'd unfollow Alt. Press and all these other terrible things and yet they'd somehow get the inside scoop first or something. I'll suffer for this. It's coming soon - I'm sure of it. Just...they need to hurry it up for me. But don't rush. But hurry up.

 

Unfollow alternative press I bet good things will happen... Like maybe brand new will put out an album

 

I just sat staring at my facebook and recalled the amount of times I'd see Brand New news a day late and thought...why am I doing this to myself. Alt.Press is now a thing of the past. No more posts about All Time Low or some weird band covered in makeup to worry about anymore. I feel like I can breathe a little better now.

Because of how much I check and keep an eye out for it, I should start a text message chain. Haha

It leaked on Strike Gently on my b-day, and I remember it being a poor quality leak, because my friends had come up to visit me for my bday and I made them all wait before we went out for it.

 

I mean, no. But LN isn't that great to me. Has a handful of great songs and the rest are pretty awful.
