all are powerhouses

 

Despite being a big Carly fan I actually don’t really like Call Me Maybe tbh

 

cmm is amaaaazing

 

I'd probably like Call Me Maybe more if I didn't hear it every 15 minutes in 2012. But yeah, I'd say there are songs on Kiss that rival Emotion and Dedicated.

 

I mean, you were what? 6 years old when it came out? I totally understand

 

Call Me Maybe will forever remind me of the most stressful moving day of my life. every single time we were in the truck either that song or whatever One Direction single was out at the time was playing. was so exhausted and brain dead that I really started to wonder if we were characters in a sitcom.

for comparison, my strongest memory of that song is lip syncing it for a video on youtube in las vegas because I was much older than 21 when it came out

tbf listening to Call Me Maybe and What Makes You Beautiful for hours at a time will give you a good idea of my brain

 

I love Call Me Maybe, it reminds me of going to parties in shitty frat basements freshman year of college. Hated the parties but loved the song.

Lots of good rankings... but still sad that no one is ranking Kiss. Despite being toward the bottom of any rankings, it's still a very worthwhile album that I never even gave the time of day until after I got into Emotion

 

Emotion = Dedicated > Emotion Side B > Dedicated Side B > Kiss > Tug of War

 

Kiss would be last for me. Some good songs, but otherwise, not nearly as good as everything newer. Also, as much as I heard Call Me Maybe back in the day and hated it, I actually love it now, haha.
I still need to listen to Tug Of War entirely.

 

Call Me Maybe is just so overplayed for me lol. I did like it when it came out but not nearly as much as I like her newer music.

 

Yeah Kiss would be last for me, I could make a fucking great EP out of that album though!

 

If you worked at a Jamba Juice for four years between ‘10-‘14 you can’t listen to CMM anymore without major PTSD.
