She attended the red carpet premiere. I know that doesn’t 100% mean she is in but it would make her the only person I’ve seen at the red casket premiere of this film that wasn’t involved in production in some way.

 

Chrissy Metz and Auli'i Cravalho were both there and aren't involved with the movie as far as I know? I'd love for Lana Condor to appear in the movie, but it seems like she was just there to attend.

if there was any doubt that tenet was getting bumped, having a disney tentpole the week after its initial release date should remove that

disney wouldn't dream of leaving it on the 24th if new york isn't opening theaters back up by then

 

and if mulan gets pushed back, other disney films (the king's man, soul) should too

 

I could see Disney not pushing back other films just because of Mulan. Mulan has a huge budget so Disney would want to release it a time to where movie theaters bring in a lot of money again, where as some low budget films Disney may not have to wait as long.

I definitely see Disney releasing more films on Disney+ like Artemis. Idk their upcoming slate outside of Mulan and Black Widow so idk what films would qualify.

 

Who wants to bet it will be pushed again?

Nothing else is coming out this year

 

Look forward to this & Tenet taking turns moving back a couple weeks at a time until the end of the year.

Whenever Disney is ready to experiment w/ theatrical releases again, they should just move New Mutants (w/ its lingering Fox contractual obligations that limit release options) to the front of their pack, as the canary in the coal mine.
