Now that Coisa Mais Linda is back and has been rebranded as Girls From Ipanema for international markets, I wanted to take a moment to recommend it again. It’s a really good and visually beautiful.

 

Still waiting for the most recent Doctor Who season to hit HBO Max, but at least we're getting new Adventure Time tomorrow and the Director's Cut of Doctor Sleep in a couple of days.

 

I'm at the point in Batwoman and Supergirl just before Infinite Earths, but I stopped watching Arrow and The Flash just after Elseworlds, and I haven't even started Legends S4. I don't know if I have it in me to watch everything anymore, I might just read up on what happens leading up to the crossover and continue on with just Batwoman/Supergirl.

 

I watched Crisis without watching any other Arrowverse shows for a good 4 years and I could follow what was happening just fine.

 

Okay cool sounds like it's pretty self contained then. I think I'll still read up on stuff just to see what I missed.

 

Watched the first two episodes of I May Destroy You tonight and its excellent.

 

So, I read the episode synopses on Wikipedia for Arrow/Flash up to Infinite Earths. I don't think it helped very much, these shows are so convoluted

Why? Didn’t they just get all of A24 catalogue not even a year ago? This is what annoys me about Netflix. They’re constantly turning over stuff

Hey so what the hell happened with Space Force? I have so many questions:

• How do you waste that much acting talent?
• How do you waste such a good premise?
• Why did Carell choose that stupid voice?
• Why did I force myself to watch the entire season?

Started watching Summer Camp Island last night it's a pretty calming show tbh

 

If anyone's held on to their Disney+ subscription, I actually really like Marvel Rising. Definitely intended for a younger audience, but still really fun. I gave it a shot because of Gwen and Daisy but stuck around and only found more and more to love.

 

I enjoyed it enough, but those are valid criticisms and yeah Carrell's voice annoyed me the whole time haha

 

Just finished Floor is Lava, and wow what a fun show. Bummed I'm done with it lol

 

Eurovision was fun. Not a great movie but the music is fantastic and it was filmed on location in Iceland so it’s fucking beautiful.

 

Yup. I’m only a couple of episodes in, and it’s dumb as hell, but man is this show a fun watch. So easy to just sit and binge.

 

For sure! It's a nice show to just shut your brain off and watch and laugh at the incredible acting

 

Anybody else watch the premiere of Perry Mason?
