I’m torn, I definitely miss it a bit but I have a doctor’s appointment at the end of July and I’m trying to get my blood pressure down. I’d say I’ll do it sparingly whenever I decide to end the break but we all know that’s a lie haha

Successfully made myself a stem tea the other week for the first time. Felt so good that it actually worked.

Boiled some water and oat milk with a bit of vegan butter, threw my collection of stems and a chamomile teabag, stirred for about 10 minutes, then used a filter when pouring the tea. Tasted actually pretty dece too. I noticed it hit way faster than an edible, like before I even finished what was in the mug.

 

Nice I might have to try this but with...normal butter, haha. What even is vegan butter?
