Just out of curiosity, where do you guys stand on forgiveness in these types of issues?

I don’t think anyone of the accused right now deserve it at this point and by no means am I defending any of them.

but like say they do their time or serve some kind of punishment. Or if it was an isolated mistake in the past and it’s obvious that someone has learned/grown?

It’s definitely a topic that interests me, especially the way “cancel culture” is in society these days. Again, in no way am I saying that these people don’t deserve the backlash they are getting. Just wondering what happens next

edit: also just want to say that it’s clear with these stories coming out that it wasn’t just a one time mistake thing. It’s obvious that these people have been at this a very long time

My heart nearly dropped when I saw Moxley's name in one of her follow up tweets, but realized she was just making sure people knew it wasn't him because the internet detectives were at it again.

 

I don’t believe anyone should be “canceled” and it’s not up to us to give forgiveness - only the victim can do that. I do believe in restorative justice but that should take many years of Good actions and whatnot - they all absolutely should lose their jobs for a good amount of time if not forever because they must be removed from the situation where they did their preying
