    Did anyone receive a shipping notification with their preorder or did it just show up? I know they’re running at limited capacity but I haven’t heard anything since I preordered it lol.

    Remembered I'd read that Punisher (the song) is about Elliott Smith as I was listening to it and cried a little. AOTY so far.

    Also holy shit this is a perfect record. I can’t put my finger on why, but it reminds me of like Get Lonely/Heretic Pride/Life of the World to Come-era Mountain Goats.

    yeah, it’s something about the arrangements feeling sparse and the way she’s singing. not sure if she’s ever mentioned being into them before, but they’re two of my favorite songwriters so, ya know.
