Just saw that...Still great to have new music

 

The bridge of Parachute is one of my favourite moments in music ever, the words have just spoke so much to me and the whole War Paint album reminds me of my friends so much.

I thought TDS was TSL when I first heard them. Especially on their first couple albums, AJs voice sounds almost identical to Kenny’s

aj and dan both def sound like Kenny. aj's come into his own a lot more tho. I don't think he's sounded very similar since war paint

 

I can def hear AJ singing Island.

 

That was my thought when my brother first played me Reach for the Sun. I think drinking more has definitely made AJ's voice more distinct.

 

He really dishes on Hopeless in this

Yeah, I first heard surfaced and immediately thought of Kenny. AJ reminded me of Kenny the entire time on RFTS.

I also remember the absolutepunk review of this album mentioning how AJ channeled his inner “Kenny Vasoli” on the album. Lol
