Less Than Jake Release ‘Anthem’ and ‘B Is for B-Sides” on Vinyl

I wanted to get just the albums but so many of the packages sold out immediately. I had to buy a t-shirt in a bundle to get Anthem.

 

I "had" to get the 2 tshirt/koozie/sock bundles, so I'm buying a lot of crap I don't need to try to grab the variants, haha.

 

Holy hell - $25 dollars for a koozie is insane.

 

I just went to the site and ordered Anthem just the album but none of them are sold out?

 

Dude I thought I got both albums and a koozie for 50 bucks! Now I’m not happy and hope I got anthem but it doesn’t say

 

They kept selling out and they kept putting more up. I bought a copy of Anthem quite a while later so they should be available.

Shipping to the UK that costs the same as the vinyl is not good though. $50 for a single vinyl... thanks LTJ / Smartpunk

 

That's bullshit. I ordered packages I didn't want because I couldn't just get the two albums, then half an hour later everything was back in stock.

 

I'm pretty sure that bundle is both albums, and you get to choose if you want the koozie to have the anthem koozie or b-sides koozie. At least that's what the text leads me to believe?

Yup. $50 for both albums and a koozie. That’s what I did.

 

Seems very odd that they kept ‘selling out’ - forcing people to spend more money on the full bundles, and then adding more. Clearly it wasn’t as limited a press as they made out. That and the extortionate shipping outside of US makes me think it’s a little unscrupulous. Poor form, LTJ.

 

It may just be me, but it was very confusing based on the way it's presented..

 

I could be wrong but each time they restock it looks like a different pressing. And as for shipping, we’re in a pandemic so it’s harder to get things places. I wouldn’t be too upset.

Pretty sure it has barely affected the logistics of international shipping

 

That doesn’t make sense. If it’s taken exponentially longer to get things to places within the states it would mean it would probably take even longer to get something from the states to another country. But who knows...

 

Did anybody ever get theirs? My card was charged on 5/21 and I have not received my bundle yet. SmartPunk won't respond to me.

 

I still haven’t but got an email on november 13th saying they were getting the final bulk shipment to their warehouse that should have been there the following week..haven’t heard anything since

 

Mine has finally shipped and is en route... supposedly. I’ll only believe it when it’s in hand as the whole thing has been a mess. I won’t be using Smartpunk again.

 

I don’t know if you gotta go that far. It’s a pandemic. Shipping has been a nightmare for some things. It’s probably not their fault. Delays happen. Same with Underoath vinyl and others I’ve ordered lately. Just the way the game works sometimes.

 

You clearly didn't order the Taylor Swift or Underoath records

But yeah, some bands were able to announce pressings and ship them out in no time, such as Dashboard Confessional. There's a lot of factors as to why vinyl can be delayed, but COVID has definitely been another wrench in the gears.

Dude. Back off. I placed my order in May as well. And as I said. I’ve order 30+ vinyl this year. Some came early, some on time and some I’m still waiting for. Some came within a week to 10 days. Some months, and some ordered months ago have been delayed until 2021. How ‘bout you understand the game. Things happen. Stuff gets delayed. Just how it works.
