We finished Avatar: The Last Airbender last night. What a perfect ending for a perfect show.

 

Halfway through Gentified. It's good.

 

It’s on Hulu. They’re 9 episodes into season 2 right now. So you have lots to catch up on, which should be fun! As a musician, I loooove it.

 

All I know is it’s on Hulu. So maybe? Haha.

 

We loved the first season but haven't really recognized anybody from S2

Really enjoying Central Park. Love that we get like 3-4 songs per episode.

Only real complaint is that Cole is a bit too much like Gene (though ironically, without the same flair for the dramatic despite the fact that normally Tituss's characters specialty). But he's still fun and all the other characters are really good too. Overall does a good job scratching that Bob's Burgers itch while still being its own thing.

 

Wife is gone for two and a half weeks and she wasn't into Mad Men so it's time to binge the entire thing before she gets back

 

Fiancée and I finished Rectify. She was initially bummed that they left some things openended, but once s2 hit, she was hooked. Left a few episodes teary eyed, including the finale. It’s so easy to fall in love with those characters, and we both did. Janet’s arc in particular was masterfully done, i found in my first rewatch. I still think the score becomes a bit heavy-handed in the last season, but thats such a small complaint. The acting is some of the most phenomenal ive seen on television. I wonder if Ray McKinnon will ever grace us with another beautiful onscreen story.
