Yeah these kind of posts or the ones where people talk about “common sense” in reference to taking the most centrist position are incredibly annoying. I’m trying to pick my battles which usually means avoiding those individual comments, but ugh.

Also I’m back into the state where so many people are testing my patience and making me want to get in online arguments again but I’ve been doing so well. There are just a few specific subjects popping up this week that are bringing out the worst arguments or defenses of terrible things and I really want to call it out but it wouldn’t help any.

I’ve mentioned before my brother did some of those tests and I’m honestly surprised it didn’t say that for us since I know it’s true

 

Also any time someone is super attached to their roots I just laugh bc between things like @iCarly Rae Jepsen mentioned like countries changing for various reasons, and the fact that we were lying & secretive people for a long ass time, leads me to believe no one even knows their roots.
People were just sleeping with whoever the hell they wanted and then keeping it all hush hush because of keeping up appearances
Or like In the case of my family someone you thought was your grandpa your whole life is rly your step grandpa and you share no actual dna /history and don’t have the slightest clue who your actual family was

The list goes on and on of reasons why no one should trust shit about their own family history lol
