there's a situation exactly like this playing out in Denver right now. some group called We Are Love Denver has been led by people at the front of protests lately that have been working closely with the mayor's office and police chief's office, leading chants like "all lives matter" at one of the rallies on the first weekend this was going on, getting in with our school board president (who has thankfully later apologized for associating with them and removed himself from their organization), and other questionable things that have later been found out to have a website registered from a fimr in DC and no prior history of organization or activism and have just kind of came up from nowhere.

 

I definitely used to be in the “Tracey has some trash takes but he’s mostly just whatever” camp, but he has truly gone off the deep end in 2020

 

remember when Ossoff was the first big special election hope against Republicans/Trump?

 

I talk to Sophos every day he's chillin and had a year sober from hard drugs a few days ago so wish him well!!
