It may not sound that interesting on paper, but once in the middle of the night we heard this super strange really loud unearthly hum that just kind of kept increasing in tone and didn’t ever seem to move farther away, and it was accompanied by a pretty bright light outside the window that also didn’t seem to have a source. It was when my dog was still alive and we all basically woke up or startled in bed and just felt really uneasy the entire time it was there. I remember actually talking to my mom and saying something like, “Is this it??” because it was so odd and offputting.

I have! It’s good. That was one I had spoiled for me back in the day so I didn’t get the full experience, but it worked anyway.

 

Folk were spoiling stuff even back then?! Lameeee. I saw it as a kid so thankfully the internet couldn’t ruin that one for me.

Not quite at the time it came out, but I watched it in probably 2005 or something and had been told most of the huge movie twists by that point. I remember articles about them being pretty popular or people would go out of their way to say them randomly online. Usually what I would do is then try to watch with someone who hadn’t heard yet and use their reaction for my own fun, lol.

I saw some videos last night on fb from Texas that were being attributed to a giant pressure valve letting off steam basically But it sounded so fucking insane. Like a banshee screaming lol. and I saw one video that was far away and I just feel like if I heard that going on outside I would literally shit a brick
