Don’t want to get too hopeful but I think we’re reaching a critical mass of videos of police brutality to the point where it’s starting to change the way people think a litttle bit.

At the very least, I’m getting little to no pushback for my commentary on the police on social media When I share videos of it happening, whereas if I were saying this stuff a few years ago...

Okay I was able to speak to someone and have cleared it up
I guess there was a march that started and pretty much immediately after it started the cops cornered them and told them to disperse and sprayed pepper spray as you all saw

then they came back to the park (starting point) and that’s when I arrived.

when I got there they had a 8min silence for George Floyd and then marched (in the opposite direction) and that’s when we marched all over downtown and they didn’t bother us for the rest of the night

sure came out swinging though.

 

My hometown held a BLM rally the other day but today when I suggested that it's time to change the racist name of the island in our lake...well I'm the one who should shut up and has too much free time and am a troll who doesn't even live there blah blah blah and wow am I not surprised they can't make the connection between systemic racism and WHY THE ISLAND HAS A RACIST NAME OMFG
