isn't Cole one of the lifelong WWE superfans where WWE was THE goal for him? also, he is booked trmendously and given the opportunity to tear it up every time he is in there. he is in an all time great faction that is the crown jewel of the brand. and why are we assuming his partner being there is a huge deal when he works for a brand that does a single out of state show every few months and she does at most two a week

It was definitely a foot in mouth situation. And didn’t Cole go over Bryan and Rollins? Or at least held his own. I agree that Vince would probably never give him the time of day but he’s also got some key people in his corner, mainly H and HBK.

One thing I’m loving about AEW so far is how there are constant fresh challengers for the world title. It’s not the same feud dragging out over months. I’m sure there’s going to be one eventually but it’s nice to get some different stuff in

Basically change Coles name to Kevin Owens and it fits as well...KO re-signed a year or so back and I cringed because he could KILL in AEW, but, also, the Fight Owens Fight doc and his 365 made it clear that this is 1000% his dream.
