I heard the moved up Chauvin’s charge to 2nd degree murder? That makes me nervous, man. I think it’ll be much harder to get a guilty verdict on that as opposed to 3rd degree.

 

WTF is this ad even trying to say? He's healthy enough to walk around the block and lift a book, vote Trump 2020?

 

I think it's supposed to show he's not afraid to walk around freely while the protests are going on, and that he's willing to risk his own safety to go to a church.

Of course, this obscures the fact that he was only willing to walk around once protestors were forcibly removed from the area and he didn't actually go into the church, just stood outside with a Bible and took pictures. But his base doesn't care about any of that and that's who this is for.

 

They couldn't get the other officers on "aiding/abetting" unless the base charge was 2nd Degree or higher-- really dicey.
