All I said was that I think it’s a complex and nuanced situation because like many things with this movement I have heard and understand both sides*. At the end of the day I have to just go with what feels right to me but I feel like that isn’t respected when I’ve seen so much hostility towards people who disagree



*both sides within the black lives matter side lol. Hope that makes sense. Obviously I don’t mean both actual opposite sides here

 

i'm just trying to get people to take proper precautions. do with it what you will.

 

im not taking sides here but I’ve seen a lot of big trucks from out of state in Minneapolis this week and today. Just way more than I have seen before

I get that and I think it’s important to say hey consider these precautions when taking pictures
But I feel like there’s been so much “you should do this, you shouldn’t do this” in the movement that directly contradicts with each other that has me feeling very confused and like I can’t win either way so yeah at the end of the day have to just do what we personally believe in

another example of this is how within the movement there are people saying violence and destruction is necessary because riots have a proven history of working, and then there are people within the same movement pleading to not riot and it’s like ?? Theyre both on the same ‘side’ here of black lives matter but which way is correct when people feel strongly both ways?

Military will absolutely play ball. If "antifa" are terrorists, anyone is.

 

I wasn't there but some friends were and luckily got away okay. Just outraged.

Domestic white people been exempt for a minute. The motive behind calling "Antifa" a terrorist group was to justify any imminent execution of white US citizens by the military

Just to help the dehumanization process along

 

ANYONE in the military who does not reject their unlawful orders should be put in jail. If my unit told me we were being shipped to a protest area I would take whatever punishment they wanted to give me. Fuck this leadership. Hope they all burn.
