I still need to finish the DLC for Horizon haha. Been a couple years since I bought it..

No clue, but I would imagine they would now considering how well received they've been recently. I know nothing though.

 

tbh as much as I love R&C I really hope they do Sunset Overdrive 2 after Spider-Man 2

 

Sunset Overdrive 2 seems way more likely than R+C

I didn't think SO did that well. I never finished it even though that was one of the first X1 games I bought

 

I know it's probably way to early for them to announce a God of War sequel, but a man can dream.

 

No way that a new SO would do better than a new R&C

 

New Crash Bandicoot game, calling it now.

 

Sony made a point to say that they now own SO when they acquired Insomniac, which is what made me think they're at least doing something with it

Xenoblade Chronicles is the only game that matters right now anyway

 

also Insomniac has been tweeting and posting about it constantly over the last year or so. And they made sure to retain the rights to it for a reason. They clearly still love the IP. I would imagine they want to still do something with it in the future.

 

I think Microsoft owns that first game whereas the developer (and through them Sony) owns the IP

 

Sure but they now have corporate masters that tell them which games to make

 

yeah of course, I'm just hoping Sony lets them make it after they deliver two enormous cash cows in a row

 

no insomniac owns it outright the only thing microsoft did was publish it for xbox one

 

So they could put it on PS4 for example? I’m pretty sure I read that they can’t, but maybe you’re right.

idk how 1 could but 2 could come out on ps5 but right now they dont have any plans to make a squeal even tho they want too

 

Anyway nobody bought that game lol

It’s a lot of fun though

 

SO1 can't come out on PS, but any future SO games would be PS exclusives. Microsoft had exclusive publishing rights over the first game.
