it's not really that surprising. over a quarter of the state's population is black, with several of the major cities being higher splits than that

Don't think that's entirely shocking ^ Warren will certainly bring some enthusiasm to Biden's campaign. I'm still not convinced it's gonna happen, but i'd be glad to be wrong.
