I’ve been trying. No I don’t have a hobby. But I’ve been trying to keep busy but there’s no motivation to do that

 

I feel as if I might be the only person on this website who owns a switch and also doesn't own Animal Crossing.

 

The motivation originally can simply be to take your mind off of things. It’s a good opportunity to better yourself. That’s how I always see it. Personally I got into shape and wrote and recorded an entire album after my last breakup so you just have to make the most of it! The passage of time helps greatly, just know that it may take months @supernovagirl

I think setting goals for yourself and making yourself follow through is good. Like, you mentioned trying to get into walking. That’s a great start. You can set an actual mileage and make yourself accomplish that daily goal. Just accomplishing those small goals will make you feel better

And yeah, obviously it varies. Took at least 3 months for me.
