We went to the Home Depot yesterday and spent about 150 dollars on planters/plants/etc

and now I want more lol

 

I feel like the only millennial in the US that hasn’t been bitten by the plant bug

 

me neither haha, I can't handle any sons be they furry or plant

 

I’m terrible with plants unless they give me food, then I love and need them.

 

Figured I’d try a new hobby as we will be in a pandemic for the next 50 years or so

 

i've been considering plants for the first time, largely because my balcony is just sad and empty compared to all my neighbors'.

 

my balcony would be a nice place to relax in the cooler months, but sadly wasps keep building nests in the wooden overhang, so i just nope the fuck out of that.

 

I became a fur mom when I was too young to realize what it meant

There are things you can do to keep them away!
For instance, a knitted wasps nest :)

 

Spray the nest at night and it should kill most of them

 

that's interesting and didn't know about that. maybe i could ask my sister to make me one since i won't be chilling on my balcony for the next few months anyway.

 

our complex comes and destroys the nest - this will just be the third time, whenever they get around to doing it since services are reduced during quarantine.
