I tracked down a bottle of Russian River Compunction (wild ale with plumcots) at a store in SF. I didn’t think that was gonna see distribution, but I’m super excited to try it!

 

Decided to change it up a bit tonight. Cider is usually a fall drink for me but I should probably change that.

I’m drinking a 2 Towns blueberry lavender cider rn, been drinking more of them lately!!

 

Mikkeller Guava Gang in a used painkiller plastic cup, eat your hearts out.

Got some Claws and some Vizzy seltzer on deck. Apparently Vizzy has Vitamin C or some shit

Man, Oxbow’s Farmhouse Pale Ale is just a fantastic saison

 

I usually tell the post office I’m mailing “hot sauce” after I check the prompt that says if you have anything liquid in your package.

 

The lemongrass on this Whistlin’ (Blend 3) was great.

Modern Times special release. A very tasty Triple IPA. Not heavy like others in this category.

 

The Schilling Birra Alpinista and Dörst are outstanding, love their label designs too. I really need to make it up to their brewery once it’s safe.

 

Trying my first Fantome beer (the regular saison). I like this a lot. Has some wine-like characteristics. I’ve heard they have issues with consistency; guess I got a good bottle!

 

Why the fuck was it 88 degrees in Detroit today

anywho i enjoyed a nice shorts locals light and a truly watermelon & kiwi while i sweat on my new porch furniture

 

When I went to school in eastern Mass 2016-2018, Lamplighter was my favorite brewery (besides Night Shift) and I just saw tonight that Table and Vine in western Mass now stocks it!!! I’m so happy. I can’t wait until I can visit the actual brewery again when things blow over
