I agree with this. I'm gonna start doing this a lot more. Avoiding any more new songs from the new Phoebe Bridgers.

"What Should I Say" is a stunner

the descending piano line reminds me of one song specifically but I cannot for the life think of it atm

 

Best track on the album. Lot of people seem to be vibin on that one.

 

Guys really ties up those ends back from the beginning of the record at the end there.

 

Far left in the columns are a bunch of violins and violas and cellos.

I’ve read those words so many times at this point I think I know their shapes

 

"I Think There's Something You Should Know" - "Nothing Revealed / Everything Denied" - "Tonight (I Wish I Was Your Boy)" is THAT stretch for me

just dumb giddiness on the first listen through those

My brain ends the album on Don’t Worry with Guys being the song as the credits roll. Got the same vibe from The Night Game album and how that was sequenced.

 

After another half listen, Im down with the album and I agree with every criticism levelled against it.

 

Honestly that’s the most emotional I feel during the Album. I need to read the lyrics to this to get the emotional impact

If there’s one criticism I can really stand by so far it’s that I wish they made more legitimately fluid transitions like streaming -> birthday party. Would have helped with the “cohesiveness”, but also increase the emotional impact
