    I’ve been in an emotional state lately and it’s caused to buy a ton of movies. I just bought Color Out of Space and Annihilation for dirt cheap on Blu Ray.

    Genuinely feel like an alien in almost every other thread though like goddamn. This site has soured my interest in so many bands and games and just EVERYTHING I enjoy. Like I resent so many people here now. It’s so frustrating haha. Either you get rabid fans of something that won’t accept any alternative other than ‘ITS PERFECT WE STAN OMG BEST OF THE CENTURY MASTERPIECE’ or you try to discuss something you find interesting and it’s shat on from a great height/dismissed and ignored entirely.

    I sit here thinking there’s something wrong with me because I’m not endlessly praising and idolising artists/games/films the same way everybody else does. Exhausting. And it’s not anything new. It’s just something I’ve been noticing and feeling for a while here.

    It’s definitely a me problem more than anything else, I’m aware. Don’t really know where I’m going with this. I’m tired. Bleh. Crappy night.
