I dig about half of the Black Album, which is more than I can say for Raditude hahaha

 

Crazy impressive. He even did Death to False Metal and Teal lmao. Video also works as a cheat sheet to determine which albums non-listeners would hate the most.

 

unbelievable he did that, how many breaks did he take, if any?

 

There was like a short 5-10 min break between each album

Would love to see a tracklist and new single

 

I genuinely don’t understand why they didn’t throw us a new song when they delayed the album. How have we still only heard one song from this thing since September.

But the fact that it’s Weezer is why it’s weird, usually they’d have released half the album as singles already by now lol

 

the label is almost definitely responsible for the singles oversaturation from PD and Black, I think Weezer wanted a normal rollout for this one

 

One single followed by almost 8 months of nothing isn’t exactly a normal rollout lol

 

I know, but they were definitely pressured into releasing something to coincide with Hella Mega, I doubt we would have got a single until around Jan-Feb if there wasn't the tour

 

Green Day and Weezer single/album announcements and a FOB single along with a massive tour announcement all at once was cool at the time but kind of unnecessary

 

In retrospect yeah, but it certainly packed the publicity punch they aimed for with the tour

 

what was great about that was Weezer released the best song out of all three bands at that time and it wasn’t even close.

 

The weezer song is the only one I can actually remember. Lol.

Hayley Williams, Weezer, and more albums we can't wait to hear in May

AV Club seems to think the album is still dropping in May, despite what Rivers said on Zoom that one time. Maybe they just haven't heard yet?

 

Going back to the Black album, I will say that Living in LA is a really fun song and one of my favourites on there.

 

I weirdly like that one too lol

 

I love I'm Just Being Honest.

 

I like the first 4 songs, I’m Just Being Honest and California Snow even if it’s dorky
